The International Kapap Federation (IKF MADOR) is a global organization specializing in modern combat, tactical education, and community security development. Based on Israeli defense methodologies, they integrate operational experience with structured martial arts and instructor education programs. About Amit Himelstein
Amit Himelstein is the founder and head instructor of IKF MADOR and Sanshou Israel. A senior tactical instructor and martial arts educator, Amit has trained and led programs for elite military and police units, bodyguard teams, and international instructor networks across the globe.
With over three decades of experience, he built the IKF MADOR system as a bridge between traditional combat sports, tactical performance, and professional instruction. He leads instructor courses, tactical seminars, and educational programs worldwide: from Israel to South America, Europe, and North America.
Training Philosophy

Instructor Certification Courses
Intensive 4-day courses covering hands-on combat training, pedagogical and leadership development, exposure to Israeli security and operational doctrines, and full integration into the IKF international framework.
Public and Professional Seminars
Focused seminars for martial artists, instructors, and tactical professionals. Topics include Confined Space Defense, Third-Party Protection, Edged and Firearm Threat Management, and Arrest & Control for security and police personnel.
Operational & Law Enforcement Training
Tailored programs for security and defense units, covering CQB (Close Quarters Battle) and urban operations, Operational Fitness and stress management, Protective movement and VIP escort protocols, and Counter-assault and team coordination under pressure.
Sanshou Israel Training System
Sanshou Israel is the technical and athletic foundation of the federation. Built on Chinese Sanshou (Sanda), BJJ, Kickboxing, MMA, and Krav Maga principles, it offers a comprehensive combat sports and functional fitness framework. Programs include:

The MADOR Rehabilitation Division supports injured soldiers, veterans, and civilians coping with physical injuries or post-traumatic stress.
